VIA Apparel is an early-stage apparel project. This site collects expressions of interest in a possible first collection. It does not take orders or payments, and no email campaigns or automated confirmation emails are currently being sent.
What we collect
When you join, the waitlist stores your email address, the time you signed up, and a reference to the signup notice you were shown. You do not need to provide a name, telephone number, postal address, or payment details.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. Please only send what is needed for your inquiry.
Why we use it
We use waitlist entries to manage the list, prevent duplicate entries, and understand demand for VIA Apparel. Joining is voluntary; we rely on your consent to hold your email for this purpose. We use support messages to respond to inquiries and privacy requests, and operational information to keep the site secure and working.
Signing up does not enroll you in an active marketing campaign. Before introducing email campaigns or a new use for your information, we will explain that use and obtain any permission required.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist entries are stored with Supabase in the United States. Vercel hosts the website. Messages to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail. These providers process information to provide storage, hosting, security, or email services; their infrastructure may operate in other countries.
Hosting and storage providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and secure their services. The waitlist form does not add those details to your waitlist record.
We do not sell or rent waitlist information, share it with advertisers, or publish the list. Database access controls prevent visitors from reading other people's waitlist entries. Authorized project administrators can manage the list.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded third-party media, or set cookies or local storage for the waitlist. If that changes, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required before enabling optional tracking.
How long we keep information
We keep your waitlist entry while it is needed to run this demand-validation waitlist, unless you request removal sooner. We will delete the list if the project is discontinued or the information is no longer needed for this purpose. Support messages are kept only as needed to resolve the inquiry and handle related requests. Copies in provider backups may remain until those backups expire under the provider's retention process.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can withdraw your interest, request a copy or correction of your information, or ask us to delete your waitlist entry by emailing support@viaapparel.shop. Where possible, contact us from the address you used to sign up so we can verify the request without asking for extra information.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, request portability, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us at the same address for privacy questions.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page as the project changes and revise the date above. Any future email program will need a clear purpose and a working way to unsubscribe.
